Compression Elbow Sleeves
|Small||8"-10" at widest part of arm|
|Medium||10"-12" at widest part of arm|
|Large||12"-14" at widest part of arm|
|X-Large||14"-16" at widest part of arm|
1. Beginning at the upper arm opening, roll the inside edge out.
2. Pull sleeve up arm so that elbow is positioned in the center of the "Support Zone."
3. Slowly unroll sleeve over elbow and pull up arm so that band is positioned comfortably and smoothly on the bicep area.
4. Smooth out any creases or wrinkles for a consistent fit.
Your sleeve should fit snuggly but not so tight that it restricts blood flow to the hands and fingers.
Use powder on your skin to assist in pulling on your sleeve.
