1. Beginning at the upper arm opening, roll the inside edge out.
2. Pull sleeve up arm, unrolling as you go until the top band is set comfortably above the bicep, and the lower band rests comfortably at the wrist.
3. Smooth out any creases or wrinkles for a consistent fit.
Your sleeve should fit snuggly but not so tight that it restricts blood flow to the fingers.
Use powder on your skin to assist in pulling on your sleeve.
