Do we use ‘cookies’? 

Yes, in order to remember your cart and login information.  No personal identifying cookies are held.  You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies.  This is done through your browser (like Internet Explorer) settings. 

If you disable cookies off, some features will be disabled that make your site experience more efficient and some of our services will not function properly.

You will still be able to place orders.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advanced notice.  This does not include web hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep information confidential.  We may also release information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.

However, non-personally identifiable information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.



Google’s advertising requirements are summed up by their Google Advertising Principles.  They are put in place to provide a positive experience for users.

We have not enabled Google AdSense on or site, but may do so in the future.


California Online Privacy Protection Act

CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy.  The law’s reach stretches beyond California to require a person or company in the United States that operates websites collecting personally identifiable information from California consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals with whom it is being shared, and to comply with this policy. 


According to CalOPPA we agree to the following:

Users can visit our site anonymously.

Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link on our home page, or as a minimum on the first significant page after entering our website.

Our Privacy Policy link includes the word ‘Privacy’, and can easily be found on the page specified above.

How does our site handle do not track signals?

California law requires us to state how we respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.  Because there is no industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.  We await the result of work by the privacy community and industry to determine when such a response is appropriate and what form it should take.


Does our site allow third party behavioral tracking?

We do not allow third party behavioral tracking.


COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the COPPA puts parents in control.  The FCC, the nations consumer protection agency enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.

We do not specifically market to children under 13.


Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include play a significant role in the development of date protection laws around the world.  Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various laws that protect personal information.


In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following action(s), should a data breach occur;

We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.  This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or a government agency to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.



The CAN-SPAM act is a law that provides rules for commercial email, and provides requirements for commercial messages, giving recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
